How to calculate time of anarchy?

How can you calculate time of anarchy between goverments?

I played as england and had 8-9 cities and anarchy time was 2 or 3 turns between despo and republic.

I expanded by 2 cities and started revolution. Advisors says anarchy will last 6 turns.

Is there hugh jump after 10 cities or what?

Didn't I just read this post with responses? Factors are number of towns and maps size as best I can tell. If Religious it is overridden.
