How to disable Sean Bean (tutorial video)

I made a tutorial on how to disable the new game intro voice-over, and the tech voice-overs.

If anyone has a better or more elegant solution please let me know, but so far I could find no solution. If anyone can tell me what exact file is the intro that would be great because the tech voiceovers dont bother me as much.

I still heard some Chinese talking when moving all audio-folders, but I prefer to simply turn down the speech volume in the sound option menu anyway.

Indeed that's what I did because it already grated on me days after release.

I like hearing the other speech in the game so I opted to get rid of just sean bean lol
