example: you have a 21 megabyte folder, and you need to upload in post. the solution is that, to create 3 folders, what is only 7-7 megybytes. so you can upload, but in more folders!

Well, there isn't problem with your nif in Blender, the problem is in the NifSwap, I think!
Are you based it on Montezuma?
Or Hammurabi?

I based it on Montezuma. Based on Eznaz's Nebuchadrezzar.
I rescined his model. Then I made new model.

You can regulate transparency in NifScope!
