I don't really know what you mean by "all of the art files," because I loaded VDD from his original folder (which I should think has all of the art files) and it shows up white too.
Argh, this is frustrating! Why doesn't my screen look like yours?!?! Here's what I have now that I hit view block details.

its best to open on nifskope by clicking on the file directly from windows explorer and now through nifskope.
or did you open up the original VDD while you still had your exported nif open in nifskope?
Nifskope puts into memory all the files of the first opened nif and doesnt look again (pain if you ask me). so it wont reload. until you close all instances of nifskope.
Okay, so what are you telling me here?
In order to get it to open right I have to create a folder say /Documents/Leaderheads/GustavAdolph/
Put all of the following in it:
- GustavHaircut.nif
- All of Frederick's art files
- All of LDF's art files
- I assume you mean DDS files when you say art files
Is that it?
Then I go to Windows Explorer, go to GustavAdolph folder and double click on GustavHaircut.nif (which is the name I gave him when I got rid of his extra hair BTW, I have the other one too). And then it should look like yours?
sorry not triange - thats "play" I menat the + sign by ninode in the columnThis is not Gustav, this is VDD, I clicked the triangle and again it doesn't look like yours at all... See...
Alright, but another thing; the collar from VDD stayed with the head (so I assume that is attached to the head/neck) but I wanted to keep that as part of the LH, so what do I have to do to "paint" that?
- all VDD dds files but only the nonshader/diff/1024 dds files that apply to the hat of frederick or clothes of LDF
go into he gustav folder and click on the VDD nif first THEN your haircut.nif
This is all I have in my Gustav folder right now, which I admit doesn't look like enough crap.
