How to play custom maps in multiplayer?

So, I fiddled around and made a little fun custom map for my friends and I. However, we are currently left unable to play, as we cannot figure out how to host it in multiplayer. Is this possible to do?

Sadly no, not possible .
You can't play any custom maps (as well as mods) in multiplayer. We hope they'll fix that with the expansion.
