How to play India in MP

You could also win by diplomacy. I don't know how much cs you need when you drop the number of them. Probably a percentage. If you need 9 of them for a standrad map, i guess that you need approximatively a bit more than half of them to get a diplo win.

What if only 1 or 2 cs are on a map? Can you still win by diplo?

Diplo win! I have never seen that on multiplayer. A victory condition that must be done!

From what I gather it is more than 1/2 of the available votes, with CS getting a vote and UN getting an extra vote. So if 4 players + 2 cs = 6 votes out there, and you own both CS... 2 (CS)+ 1(you) + 1(UN) = 4 votes. But with 6 players 2 cs it requires other players to vote for you!
