In Civ V VP I could see my military score and my opponents', just like in Civ 7 I can see revenue per turn etc. I think VP does it by total combat strenght. Is there anywhere I can see how many units my opponents have? I'm considering war.

Can I spy on myself to find my own commanders? Can never find them...

spying on their commanders only works if they have them.
Influence is so scarce early on, I hate wasting it. (I want the city states)
Just a rough score would be nice. If I want details, then yes, spy on'em.
