Egypt: Maryannu chariot is cheaper by 50% (or at least 33%), it is insanely expensive for its no-that-great performance. Iteru is not +15% but +25% and includes buildings.
China: Crouching tiger has +1 range and anti city/district/fort promotion.
Gandhi: His UA applies not to civs "that are not at war" but those friendly/allieda with you, as well as city states, and it increaaes total faith generation of empire by 7% per each of them (so it actually scales well).
France: Chateau needs total redesign, not buff. UA wonder bonus is changed to +20%, includes modern era and is +40% during golden ages.
Scotland: Highlander won't work unless we have rifleman base unit it could replace. Liberation war bonus is simultaneously reduntant with other civs bonuses and too niche to be useful, it should be removed and replaced with something else, no idea what.
Georgia: Tsikhe replaces ancient walls and provides +2 faith +1 prophet point. Khevsur replaces swordman. That stupid protectorate cb bonus is removed and replaced with an ability that is also based on CS and religion but much easier and more reliable to activate (such as: for 10 turns after becoming suzerain...), and it still provides production and faith boost.
Norway: IMO it needs some major naval trade bonus, something unrelated to pillaging for once, but somethow synergizing.
Canada: all tundra and snow tiles within working range of your newly settled city are claimed immediately for free. Mountie has has removed that ridiculous park bonus and instead provides amenities and loyalty when stationed in cities.
England: no exact idea here, but they should have something representing way earlier and stronger industrial revolution.
Khmer: honestly they are so bad and bland to me i don't even how idea how to buff them, I think they need to be redesigned entirely.
Uboot and mustang replace so weird units that I have no idea how to make them useful.
