Human Vassalization

Can someone post a mod that allows humans to vassalize themselves to the ai? You know, an ai asking you to capitulate, or the human asking to be the ai's vassal state. I haven't been able to find a mod like that, so if anybody could post it (preferably modular) I'd really appreciate it (and I'm sure others will as well). You've got at least 1 download guaranteed. (and, if possible, compatible with BUG)

There already is one, it is called Capitulation. You can search for it but I think it is somewhere in the mod components forum.
