Hungarian BtS mod

Ok so I downloaded the new vesion and when I try to unzip the folder it says it's empty

If you load a mod, and there's nothing new in it, then check for the "double folder":
Look at BtS\Mods\HungarianMod (or whatever): Is there another "HungarianMod" folder inside it? If yes: Copy everything from the second folder into the first folder.

I must be doing something wrong because there's no doubles and I tried to download a different civ mod and it didn't work either.

Huh? Try reinstall your BtS.

Maybe a problem with caching.
-> Hold down shift during loading the mod, and look, if something has changed.
