Something seems off about his design to me that I can't quite put my finger on; I think it's something to do with the hair. I love his blue tabard, though.
Is it me? Or is his face really red?

And so dies the Byzantine conspiracy. You were beautiful, but unnecessary.
Long live the Raven King!
Great! I had been hoping for another livestream. Where did you see the announcement?FYI: Livestream feat. Hungary on Nov. 29 .
I think it might be his blonde hair combined with the stubble beard he's got. It looks just a little off.Something seems off about his design to me that I can't quite put my finger on; I think it's something to do with the hair. I love his blue tabard, though.

Aha, that's it. He looks like Alexander 2.0, but with a slightly less "melted plastic" face. This I think so too. He looks like Alexander version 2.0.
From official Twitter account
Like an actor for the Game of Thrones, Troy, 300, or a Tolkien IP movie WITHOUT the typically well-sculpted faces they tend to have, but too vane to go without at least a trim with the razor.Aha, that's it. He looks like Alexander 2.0, but with a slightly less "melted plastic" face.

I don't see it as much when he's animated, but still images remind me of something a competent modder might produce, not an official Firaxis model. He looks a little 2D, I guess.
If Hungary's Black Army forms an army, Matthias Corvinus would have a Black Army Army..
Aaaaawww yeh, great news!FYI: Livestream feat. Hungary on Nov. 29 .
I probably know more history just from Civfanatics forums than I learned in class.
From what I can understand about the UA, the districts don't have to be next to the river, do they? Think of it this way, if you draw a line between the district and the center, if the line cuts a river you get the bonus?
