I assume this is a tech bug

So, as someone who generally thinks CIV VI is underwhelming, I decided to actually try to get through a game of it, to see if I like it. So far, so good. I'm playing as Korea, and enjoying some aspect of it.

However, around the same time I'm able to research gunpowder and other Renaissance techs, I just noticed these weird end-game techs that obviously shouldn't be researchable at this point in the game. Someone tell me this is a bug or something, right?

My theory is bc I'm using some sort of mod to make techs take longer, these particular techs (which I assume are from Gathering Storm) are not in the mod, and so they appear without their necessary prerequisites.

I cant get the images to load.
Basically, I'm able to research Cybernetics, Predictive Systems, and Seasteads, around the same time I can research Metal Casting, Military Sciences, and Scientific Theory.

This. People have reported this type of thing before. Basically if you try to mod the tech tree in many common ways, the randomized future era tree just does not play ball. You can probably find discussions about it on here.
