I can't see mod's when i'm offline

Hi guys,

I'm new of this forum and i'm writing you because i've got a problem.
I've subscrived a lot mods but when i join the game in offline mode i can't see this mod's in the mod's list, is it possible to solve this problem or you must be connected to internet?

You have to go online and go to the mods list and Steam will download, install, and update them for you, then once they are all downloaded you can go offline.

Thanks a lot, i've discovered just a few days a go the mod's world and i really can say that will be another civ
