I do not have a Civ7 Mods folder, how do I download mods to play properly in game? I downloaded on Steam.

You have to go to view/show/hiddenfiles in the windows explorer menu to be able to view it. Here is the path {user}\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods

I'm assuming you're on PC correct, not Mac? If so does the path to the mods folder exist, if so you could try creating a mods folder, or if you purchased from steam you can try verifying the game files to see if that adds it.

Do you have the location correct? It is here: C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods

If it doesn't exist for you, you could try creating a new folder called "Mods" and see if that works.
