south africa was always mine though, its just where the other cities go with the east and west thing.

Anyways, I have a hazy direction of where Im taking this. I will create a pack of entirely new civs, with you choosing the UUs and UBs, and use those civs to make a scenario. This is my first real attempt at modding, although I have done a few things before. Any help would be, well, helpful, so yeah.

Unless I counted wrong and missed somebody, we should have 3 empty slots for this current version. If all goes well, I may make a second version with new civs, but that is far into the future.

This is now a development thread.

Austrian UU and UB? hmmm, don't remember any good historical units from OTL Austria (apart from some i wouldn't like to put), so i will choose :
UU : Tiger I - Same graphics as the Panzer (unless you want to modify it) and has 30 Strengh, starts with Blitz and Commando, it also has a +50% bonus against armored units. however it costs 210 hammers. (this is the total amount, regular Panzer is around 180)
-> the Tiger I can still be built after Modern Armors are avaible.

UB : the same as the German civ (Assembly Plant), but gives +60% :hammers: with coal instead of just 50%. it also costs 130 more hammers and gives no :yuck: whiout coal, and +3 :yuck: with coal.
 
Mine's not that overpowered, they are late-game units/buildings and cost more than the regular German units

EDIT : lowered one of Tiger I bonus, they are already strong enough against armours to honour their name.
 
I want my nukes to cost 1:hammers:

I want my building to give a 500% bonus to production and it should also cost 1:hammers:
 
So? 50 hammers is 1 turn production in most cities, and then they get a huge 10% bonus from then on. If you really want the assembly plant, have the assembly plant, but don't make it overpowered...

I think my UUs and UBs are okay. Stormtrooper seems overpowered, but by how late it come and how much my start sucks, if you survive that long, you deserve some fun. Plus, historicilly, Stormtroopers were that OP. They broke the 4-Year Stalemate in 2 weeks. Its just that the Germans didn't expect them to be that good, so they didn't prepare for that situations, and the Americans started to show up.

Boxing Ring provides the same EXP as a barracks, which is very little. Plus, you lose the culture bonus.

then i can also make my Tiger I invencible because they're late game and were just awesome Tanks? I made my Building much weaker because it had a +25% production than regular AP.
at least add some hammers (i added around 30 hammers to my tiger, considering it is a unit that ammount is a lot, i'm still thinking about changind something)

we need to get a balance of UUs and UBs
