yeah but the problem is you can only build one palace(or is there somthing im missing?)

The point is, I'm trying to use AOEish balance to my Uniques. So I think + 10 spy points plus representation at start is fairly good for a palace replacement.

EDIT: For those wondering about the balance, it's just making something really awesome but there's this catch, such as the AOEIII Ottomans. They have early artillery and tons of UUs, but they only have 1 infantry.
