[GS] I lost my scrolling. Help.

After a game crash and some changes in settings I noticed that I lost the ability to scroll things in scrollable windows (tech tree, city window buildings list). The mouse wheel only works for zoom in-out, even when I'm in the city view and place the cursor over the building list.
I've restarted the game and the computer, but the problem still persists.
What's happened? Can someone help?

oh dear god i just noticed this too. this feels awful. im hoping to dear god some modder can fix this this feels so terrible. the scroll bars are so small i dont want to have to click on them all the time. this has to have been the recent updates for the leaders pass, right???? the botched rollout continues.......

edit: id like to add that i play with a good number of mods, so maybe its a mod doing this. can anyone say if theyre getting this even without mods?

It is a bug in the mod "Sukritact's simple UI adjustments".
When you deactivate the mod, the scrolling works like it used to. I hope the mod will be updated, it is quite useful.

Looks like it had something to do with their update yesterday that added new functionality to the screenshot mode.

oh, how bizarre. i was having it two minutes ago, and then i reloaded and now i'm not.
