I need more help

How do you guys make units?3d programs? I won't to make units but i don't know how .

yeah, read the tutorial. The 2 things you really need are flicster (program that breaks up civ3's flics into frames) and a graphics program to edit the frames.

Paint Shop Pro is the easiest to use, and you can download a demo of it at www.download.com I also believe that there is a file editor that allows you to create in Paint (the one that comes with windows) and save the file as a .pcx and also edit the palate. But, im not sure what that program is.
