Wrong, note that the first ten or so presidents were born before the USA was created.

I think you mean immortal. Connor MacLeod (of the clan MacLeod) was from the Scottish Highlands, hence he was a Highlander. He was also an immortal, as were Ramirez, the Kurgan and others.
