Icamancin, if you can possibly wait 24 hours for mine I would like to to have a full thought about what I am doing. I do apologise about snapping the way I have as of late.
I would like to let everyone know that if I get short with you is only because I have just recently found out my mother and stepfather are getting a divorce and its not pretty. I am thus under a huge amount of stress.
ON THIS NOTE I WILL PLEDGE TO UPHOLD ALL AGREEMENTS THAT I HAVE SIGNED NO MATTER THE CURRENT LENGTH OF THEM (including the secret treaties I had with Saxony, Sweden(in relation to Denmark) and Britian) Until at least the end of the BT.

The time required to send orders in unlimited. When I feel that all the committed players have sent their orders I will start the BT.
Unfortunately I believe my computer has a Boot-Up virus which is slowing down my computer and forcing me to abstain as much time as I would like to have due to it not loading up 100% of the time. I just had my first day of school... and there will be many a project to come.
I will also say that the updates after the BT will be ONCE every TWO WEEKS. This is to allow a length of time for orders that cannot not be met. It will also give me time to complete school work. ICNES IIb will also feature a modified ruleset, Dis' rules, das' rules and my ICNES I rules mixed together. It will fit the time of industrialization (more rapid than in OTL) and preventing powers from becoming extremely powerful over night and decreasing their ability to stay powerful for all time.

The Axis is part and parcel of the treaties that I am honouring. (as well as the Treaty of Malta, so yeah noone do anything stupid as I dont really want to have to fight anyone during the BT) I only specifically mentioned private agreements I had with Saxony, Britian and Sweden as they were not common knowledge
Indeed Japan will be getting their training, so will Sweden under the Treaty of Danzig. However we would prefer it if the brightest military pupils were to come to the HRE to study as Imperial military tactiticans are somewhat leery about travelling outside the Reich for any length of time unless they have an army with them.....

Don't be sorry guys. Getting in those orders won't make it come any faster, actually. I will have homework every damn day until Christmas and then the damn Science Fair in January-March. I'll be busy, but I'll get it done. That will also be a reason as to two week updates. I am also working on the Ruleset now. It should be interesting...
