I've seen some mods that people have made (like the LOTR ones with artwork by Semprini) and am wondering if there's some kind of template or something that the icons are built from. Particularly the civilization icons that have that "shiny button" effect. I can reproduce it to an extent, but those look almost identical to the real ones.
tl;dr are there known templates/methods for producing official-like civilization icons, or are artists just talented?
