Idea for new Civilization

I've been playing Rise of Legends lately (A fantasy game where "technology and magic coexist"),and it gave me an idea for a new civ.Why not make a civ like the Vinci in Rise of Legends (A technological civ,where the units are mostly mechanical)?The human units could wear advanced "Industrial" armor.
