Idea for Rhyes and Fall of East Asia

Here is my idea for Rhyes and Fall of the Far East (RFCFE)
(I have no idea on how to make an RFC mod, so I'm leaving that up to anyone who wants to make this)

The Map should be the same size as RFCE or RFCA
It should go from Eastern half of China in the West; Korea, Southeast Mongolia, and Southern Manchuria in the North; Northern Vietnam to the South; and Japan to the East.

Main concepts that would be nice:

-Mandate of Heaven (like RFCA)
-I also want some kind of Mandate title to claim for Japan (Mandate of the Emperor)
-Major Religions would be: Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Shintoism
-Minor religions: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Mohism
-28 Civs I thought of (27 dependind on the timeline used)
-Mercenaries
-need a lot of new techs and units
-maybe new civis (like Legalists)
-UHV, UB, UU, UU for every civ (I thought of a few)
-Timeline I thought of: 2000BC - 1800AD or 1600BC - 1800AD
-need new wonders
-I want this for bts if its made
-Hopefully Dynamic respawns
-a few new resources
