The game is months away from release and we are already talking about an expansion?

My thought exactly. We don't even know for sure what's going to be in the base game, so it's way too premature to be discussing expansions.

That being said, a new affinity. Maybe centered around humans becoming super fat like in Wall-e, or somehow merging with an intelligent alien society on a biological and cultural level (like joining the galactic federation or something)

I realize that this is a glorified wish list thread, but it should pertain to BE and not Civ V don't you think ? How about we stick to thematic lines plz.

The interface will be really clunky on release - I think the expansion should aim at a 50% reduction in click count per game!
