Ideas for Korea

There's been a LOT of discussion about the politics of having 1, 2, or 3 Koreas in this thread, but I thought that I'd just write some of my ideas for an Exploration age Joseon. civ. gdr_willter has some great ideas, and mine are nowhere near as detailed! I do also think his ideas are a bit too powerful.

Leader: Yi Sun Shin
- Unique Ability: Commander of the Three Provinces
Gain a Great Work for every three Commander promotions (reduced to two for Fleet Commanders)
Gain 3 combat strength against Independent Powers

Exploration Age Civilization: Joseon
- Unique Ability: Nongsajikseol (I really like this idea from gdr_willter!)
Rural Districts gain Food Adjacency from Specialists.
+20% food towards maintaining Specialists

- Unique Quarter: ???
???

- Unique Civilian Unit: Vassal Scholar
Gain culture when creating a trade route to an ally

- Unique Military Unit: Turtle Ship
Ignores Zone of Control and Enemy Flanking
Gains double the combat strength bonus from Fleet Commanders
-1 Movement

- Unique Improvement: Korean Garden
Does not remove Warehouse Bonuses
Gains +1 culture for every nearby resource
Grants a culture adjacency bonus to Specialists

- Associated Wonder: Gyeongbok Palace
All specialists in this settlement gain +0.5 science, doubled during celebrations.
 
I thought Silla was confirmed as DLC? Or was that not announced yet?
It don't believe that it has been officially announced, but its known from the some of the same leaks that revealed the since officially revealed DLCs.
 
The latest patch update mentioned switching to the 'proper design' or attire for the Korean Independent People representatives.
