While I agree that the Celts do indeed represent the Gaels and Gauls, those two are not the same thing- they are separate sub-categories of the Celtic people. Saying "Gauls = Celts" is like saying "Spanish = French" or "Russian = Ukrainian".

The celts pretty much cover that group, and honestly there are leaders and civs I want to see WAY more than this.

While the Gælic people are not the same as the Celts, a majority of people would lump them together. I'd rather see Albania (Skanderbeg and Hoxha ) than a Gælic nation. Even Poland, Ukraine, etc. would be better.
