If Armies how come no Fleets or Airwings? MOD PLEASE!!

I'm thinking that I really like the new armies in CIVIII. But if we have ARMIES can making a Fleet MOD or Air Wing MOD be that difficult ? Well it would for me because I ain't that smart regards computer stuff like that. But surely one of you'all can make it happen.

I sure would like to have a Naval Battlegroup protecting the fatherland. Or a group of Stalins Organs hammering the east wall for the motherland. Or an Air Wing of fighters patroling the skys providing protection for my heavy bomber group !

Can someone make it so? It should would be a nice xmas present.

Just a general tip: most people don't take it kindly when someone starts demanding scenarios, mods, etc when they're not willing to do some of the work themselves

But we're still much milder than S-Leage. We actually answer basic questions about scenario making (even if its the same few questions 50 times).
