1. I'd like their UU to be Zaporozhian (their very own 'cossacks' armed with lance, available earlier and weaker than russians (which actually improved versions))
2. how should a concept of 'Sich' be implemented. replacement of ancient walls that can be build earlier? replacements of castle? (cheaper) or replacing encampment and came with their own 'walls' from start regardless whether does a parent city has any. or what else?
