OHHHH, sorry, I assumed that spring build orders meant you were going to do that in the spring. Ok, I am updating the map with Zelets and your claims.

Also, any reason you can invade more than you can claim? That's highly unusual. I'd have suggested claim 3 or invade 2.

Basically, funding an army to invade a country is a lot cheaper then funding a colonial expedition to colonize and convert the natives. (at least in this game). This game is based off of a strategic board game which just has armies. So I though it made sense to have armies be more important.

Basically here is how economy works.
Right now everyone has 3 credits.
Build armies/navies cost 1
Claiming territories cost 1 if they are non-sc
Claiming territories cost 2 if they are a sc

In a controversial move, the Shanghai Regional Supreme Court upheld an unusually high sentence for a protester against the government. The case is being reviewed before the People's Supreme Court, the highest Court in China.

A man, by the name of Lu Xiang, was sentenced to death for "Threatening the Communist Party" for holding up a sign near a public street saying: "Death to Communism, life to freedom." While such protests are illegal in China, the usual penalty for "Insulting Communism or the Communist Party" is 1-2 years in prison. Xiang's attorney says that there is no way to deny he insulted communism, but he is planning to challenge that he "Threatened" the party in the People's Supreme Court.

The Head of Government, Shan Wong, said on the controversial ruling "I don't know. Death seems like a bit of a harsh punishment, but he definitely did more than criticizing our government. He literally made it clear he wanted us out of power. This is best solved in the Courts. I give no judgment."
