when france respawn, it has 7 infantry, 5 longbowman, 3 workers and 1 settler... unfortunately, unable to spy how much golds they have, cause 007 is on holiday...

Can you plant a spy, perform the 'view unit location' espionage mission and then check your military advisor for the location of the units? Just a thought...

Only once have I ever had the settler in a transport problem, and I couldn't plant a spy. The option was greyed out in the menu.
