I'm looking for a certain type of editor

Right, i found an editor that allows you to change what techs you currently have...what i want is one that would allow you to view/edit the tech paths for each race without actually giving them the tech.

Either that or some information that I could use a hex editor to fiddle with the tech trees.

What game are you talking about? Moo1 or Mo2? What editor are you talking about, that lets you change tech, none for Moo1. I think corion will for Moo2.

Moo1. Oreo lets you edit pretty much everything from planet stats and locations and ship stats to the techs you have researched...but no tree editor unfortunately
