The last two units of my first pack of Napoleonic Artillery units: Russian Foot and Horse Artillery.

The first is just ready, for the second (horse) I need a feedback from Steph (and, of course from all to want contribute).

Looks good!

You may add the red cord on the shako, a thin red line on the cuff and colar (if it shows at civ scale), and slighlty modify the plate on the shako with the artillery insignia.

Also, the officer may be a bit different:

White coord, golden shoulder straps, the throat plate.

Yes, it's true, but give me comprehension: if I change the dimensions of cannons I have some difficults to adapt the anims, so I think that at this scale the different dimensions of cannons it's not a big problem.

Thanks TopGun! The real difficult with this kind of unit (like the elephant units) are the anims (run anim expecially) of animals, because we have only anims for horses and not for cow or elephant.

1) Should it be a cow or an ox? If it's a cow, do you have a milking animation for the fidget?

2) Isn't the almost naked guy with a spear to "ancient" to accompany rocket artillery?

3) I thought cows were holy in India. Were they actually used to draw cart?

As for 2 and 3:

I take inspiration frm this picture. The naked guy dont'have a spear but it is a rocket.

Would definitely not be a cow. They would use an elephant.

If you wish to desecrate the Indian culture by insisting on using a cow, at least use an Indian cow -

a zebu.

Seriously, I agree that the cow should ressemble a Zebu.

The reference picture used show one. However, this is Akbar's army.

So the real question is, or rather are:

1) Did Akbar used rocket? I suspect it's more recent.

2) Could Akbar be used for India, or should India use something else?

1) I'm pretty sure he did. During his reign, the Mughal dynasty of India was one of three "gunpowder" empires of the Islamic world - the others being the Ottomans and the Persians.

2) I'd say he most definitely can!
