Thank you xD

Alright I have a new image, which is tripleplusgood, but civfanatics turns it into a .jpeg instead of a .gif when I try to attach it.

Solutions, people?

It was astounding when he thought about it, the fact he, Gavrilo Gavrilovich, hadn't noticed it before. Maybe he was being paranoid... Maybe... But unlikely, how could he, one of the most influential men in the wold, be going mad. It was unthinkable. The only explanation was that he must be right, he knew it; they were all plotting against him.

He knew that Comrade McPortuguese-name and President Batu Ahmad were conspiring against him. He could see it in their eyes, the way they talked behind his back...
The last two proposals he had made in the Comintern had been rejected (And with good reasons for both) but still he couldn't shake off the feeling that Sarajevo was being left out of some key events and decisions. He had always felt that the Peoples Republic of the Kipchak Horde had been the natural leader of the alliance - they had been the ones to bring the three nations together, they had been the ones to propose the whole idea.
And now he couldn't help but feel their was more going on than he knew about, he only wished he had the resources to finance a espionage mission to root out these horrible secrets. He also knew that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Brazil and the African Coast looked down on Sarajevo, it was obvious by their demeanor and just the way that Comrade McPortuguese-name looked at him. Those Brazilians must think themselves so high and mighty - Sarajevo must just look like some Pathetic little hole in the middle of the Balkans.

Then come the question: Why? Why had the made Sarajevo the leader of the Comintern?
Obviously there was some other motive - If Brazil Considers Sarajevo inferior and if the Kipchak Horde thought itself rightful leader then why was it Sarajevo.

Gavrilo suspected - no - Knew that they must be planning something, must be scemeing. They had probably allready divided up the Balkans with Byzantium. Kipchak would probably get Serbia, Brazil would take Bosnia, Byzantium takes the rest.

It was so clear - but so hazy at the same time; thoughts and voices with no particular order rushed around Gavrilo's mind. The voices of his friends of his enemies, well mostly his enemies because who can you trust these days? Voices of people he had killed and the voices of killers too, the voices of little children, the children of Serbia, oppressed by their Byzantine masters. But that would all be different soon eh? With the plan and all, ah the plan... NO, he mustn't think of that...,
what if they could read his mind...
El-Cliched could have slipped some implant into his mind at any point, they could be listening in right now...

Could they hear the voices too?

OOC: When's the update
*Goes off and feels guilty about being impatient...*

OOC: Pity that he's gone mad

Also, I'm working on fixing those colors in the gif above.

OOC: Pity that he's gone mad

OOC: It's all based on real life experience - I have a good working knowledge of such things (For all the wrong reasons).

And that's just what he'd expect you to say, what's to say your not just saying that to make him think that he is mad when in fact he's completely right and you ARE conspiring against him. It would be easy enough to do - run a few PMs between the two of you - talking about how you think that Sarajevo isn't the right nation to lead the Comintern, how you think their actions have been rash and stupid, how you think you could do it so much better.

The BPRBAC has finally come to a conclusion on the Issue of internal Disparity. The Decision was made that it would not be against communist Ideals to provide particular help to those who were worse off, as long as that aid was justified. As such they agreed that the majority of new income would go to African territories, with no Reduction of the American Budget at the current time.

Comrades in America would not suffer, whilst long term Improvement would be made to the Lives of Comrades in Africa. The decision was also made that Equal employment ratios in all areas were not neccessited by the communist ideals. As such, huge numbers of tiny industrial plants all over the nation were shut down, and work reallocated amongst the comrades of the nation. This meant that wuch inefficiancy in the Republic was washed away, and the divide could be replenished much quicker.

The DPRBAC had once more developed an imporvement in their system, to further the ideals of communism and equality, whilst still improving the efficiancy of their great nation.

Communism and Democracy Triumph once more!

The Head of Intelligence of the Latino Nation composes a letter and sends it off to Gavrilo Gavrilovich of The Socialist Republic of Sarajevo. Here are its contents:

Dearly Respected Gavrilo Gavrilovich,

We, of the Latino Nation wonder if perhaps you can set aside your fears of a conspiracy against your nation. In fact, the reason why you were elected as head of the The Communist International Alliance (the Comintern) is very likely due to the simple reason that your nation proposed the founding of HEAVILY PROMOTED said institution. There need be no alterior motive beyond that simple explanation.

Also, may we politely remind you of the non-aggression agreement that New Byzantium signed with your nation--even if there is some conspiring going on in their nation against yours, it has certainly been put on ice (put on hold) for several years.

By the way, perhaps no one is spying on you. May we suggest that you take a look at the communication equipment on your desk--you may very well find that the switch was accidentally set to "broadcast to the world." Talking out loud under these circumstances would certainly lead to anyone and everyone learning your inner thoughts.

Sincerely,
Your friendly, neighbourhood Latino Nation.

OOC: Please be patient in regards to updates. People have been using the thread to mention minor issues with the updates, rather than the better methods of sending Private Messages or Visitor Messages to NedimNapoleon about minor errors in the updates. As such, we have probably put a lot of undue pressure on NedimNapoleon to get "nearly everything right" on the first try. That's a lot of pressure and it means that an update will take a considerable amount of time to make, double-check, triple-check, etc. Have patience and do your best to support him by privately communicating errors that you spot in future updates.

Yes. I also proposed that he be president, sort of in return for Sarai Batu being made the administrative head.

Dear the Latino Nation,

I'm sorry to say I have no Idea of what you're talking about, all this talk of alterior motives and such make it sound as if you suspect me of being mentaly unstable which I assure you is not the case.

However in relation to that last point about spying... Why do I receive a letter from the head of intelligence of a nation that I do not know the true intentions of telling me about being spied upon... I must ask, are you guilty of spying on me? Is that how you know so much?

Yours

Gavrilo Gavrilovich - Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Sarajevo

Only this ominous
Dark beauty flowering under veils,
Trapped in the spectrum of a dying style:
A village like an instinct left to rust,
Composed around the echo of a pistol-shot.

Gavrilo finished writing the letter and sealed the envelope. They Know...They're spying on you,Talking behind your back, plotting your downfall...

You Can't Trust Anyone...

In response, the Head of Intelligence of the Latino Nation indicates that he is incredibly bored and has nothing better to do than to listen to radio broadcasts. All of the other members of his nation's cabinet are busy, but do they ask for intelligence services? Nooo! All that they want is information from the archives, which any junior staff member could take care of.

Then, realising that he is starting to ramble, the Head of Intelligence apologises for his rant and notes that he was simply answering the question as asked and that he appreciates the opportunity that Gavrilo Gavrilovich has given him by asking about and listening to his pety concerns.
