Oh I meant fullscale revolutions.

Personally I think there should be EP penalties for revolutions, but also EP bonuses for certain types of economic/ political systems. It makes no sense that you could be running an anarchical, hunter gatherer state and still survive.

I think that would be a bit of an over complication to the game. Personally I'm happy with the way it is, realism was never exactly IOTs key strength.

Just Imagine, you'd get power gamers and smanm and some divine entity controlling the whole affair and there would be all number of odd thing occurring, such as Japan throughout this turn - Yes, there would be turns and updates. It would be awful.
