Of those maps I cropped for you, do they cover the geographical extent you want (far enough N, S, E, W)? The problem is the size (in tiles)? Need to know what you want before I can make it for you.

Need a very very large coverage of mexico, enough for all the mesoamerican civs to be able to spread out without being cramped, south america is alright as is I'd say.

If I remember right I gave you four maps, but based on remarks in earlier posts I guess you're talking about the cropped Singer map? That map already includes all of Mexico, plus substantial parts of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. Are you asking for -

1) A map with Mexico exagerated relative to South America? If so, give me a ball-park, ie "Mexico ten times as large as it now".

or

2) A map with realistic proportions but larger in size? If this is the case just tell me how big you want it. "Big enough" is meaningless. "Twice as big" or "Mexico should be 300 tiles across" gives me enough to go on.

I just picked a number I hoped you would see as ridiculous to stand for "insert number here". A map is not as easily rescalable as say, a PCX graphic, where you can just resave it at 75% or 123%. If you can look at the map and say to yourself "Mexico should be bigger" then you should have some vague sense of how much bigger you want it. Quantify that in some way - tell me "make it 2x" or "3x bigger", or "make it N tiles across" - and say whether you want the whole map larger, or Mexico enlarged while South America stays the same size, and I'll know enough to make you a map.

okay, whole map 3x that of MesoAm Conquest, same area of coverage as the cropped Singer map. I'll start working on it tomorrow, and give you a status report early next week.
