Improvements puzzle

Waiting for the patch? Here's a puzzle to keep the analytical mind busy.

The task is to get the maximum capacity from Delhi in just ten turns, on quick speed ,where capacity = total beakers/turn + total hammers/turn.

You have a lot of technologies, Communism, Electricity, Constitution, Assembly line, Railroads, Biology...

You have a few wonders, a bunch of fast workers and even a great person to help you.

It's 1505 and ten turns takes you to 1605.

You can increase you population,build beakers or hammers.

You cannot have unhappy citizens or starvation.

Any beaker or hammer available at 1605 is acceptable

It's vanilla 1.61

Try as many times as you like of course, and it will be nice to see any results and saves/screenies. Enjoy.

Anyone having a go?
My best attempt so far is 443. It an be topped I'm sure.

hey! you're cheating! you have more overflow than base production
If you want more production, try for more population: watermills with SP give +1 food. So you could have grown the city faster and wouldn't need the grassland farm + you could have more beakers.
