In unfinished saved games, how do I find out what my original player set up was?

This may sound strange to ask, but I have a lot of saved games that I have not finished. When I go back into them, is there a way I can refresh my memory on whether in the player setup I chose "Pangea" or "arid" or "wet" or "cool" or "4 billion years old"etc?

Is there someway to bring that information back up? Some combination of keys perhaps?

Some of my maps have been a lot more fun than others - and I want to know how I originally set them up because I do it differently nearly every time.

Gee... nope... youll just have to learn to read the map... ofc... if theres lots of jungle and rivers, its prolly wet...
if lots of desert / tundra = arid...
You prolly know what temperature does to the latter one... :)
I have found my games best balanced when all 3 are in the middle option... i recommend it.

You can try this... see if it works..

load the game, play 1 turn (just end the turn), and then quit back out into the main menu. Then, choose start new game, and the options *should* be "remembered" as the game you last played.

I just tried that. It does take me back to the chosen civ and to my preference for not starting with culture linked civs, but it chose standard map size (which I rarely play) and I couldn't tell by the big picture exactly what landmass I had chosen. The picture on climate did seem to look more like arid than the default.

I just couldn't really tell about the temp and all that I had chosen.

Thanks, though. From now on, I am going to write them down!
