Increasing the number of cities above 415

How can I increase the number of cities above the standard 415 cities? :confused

current developing a very large world mod.

You can't. And, IIRC, the limit is 256 cities.

Actually I think the limit is 512. It can't be increased.

I read in one thread, a comment that there's a MOD call CIV unlimited or something like that, which allows a large amount of cities to be generated???????????????

has anyone see this mod?
