Chop the jungle..
Your healthiness is pretty good now so you may have a while to wait. However with war approaching you may not need to worry about it for a few turns.

Jungle should be chopped if any is right next to the city, to prevent attackers from using it as a base. not looking at a save right now, so this might be useless advice...

It will prove useful when we expand north into the jungle. But jungle isn't bad, it creates potential commerce cities.
