Interesting Screenshots

I don't get either screenie.

@Taris: Ah.

The Arbiter wishes he had an XBox 360 so he could play Halo 3!

Amen, brother! Its just 400 bucks plus tax, but thats alot for 1 toy.

They're so fast they got done before they started!

yeah, I think I've had that happen, too. An example would be when you assign more than 3 workers to road a jungle tile, and then assign a bunch to clear that jungle tile in 2 turns. The next turn, assign more workers to clear jungle until it is gone. Then assign workers to road, and you will get a negative ETA for the road

lets see who can find this one... i PROMISE i didn't edit this at all/mess with the stuff in the game to make it like the way it is
WHAT.jpg

i finally figured out how that happens! i feel accomplished :)

Did you get a Great Leader with the unit when it was a Guerrila but not rename it?

Might I ask, though: What's with the huge Japanese/Byzantine stacks?

they are Byzantine, no Japanese in this game...

The Byzantines are my closest ally in this game... im currently at war w/ 3 nations, America, Portugal, and The Netherlands. Byzantines, although doing nothing, have alot of useless troops (and a select few useful ones) floating around through what used to be Portugal, to get to the Dutch

As for the Aztecs... they are also my ally, at war w/ everyone... if you can find them, the Iroquois (used to be 1 city, but i gifted them 1 so they could have a coastal city) are also my ally, at war w/ the Americans and Portugese

Well then, I have no idea what's causing the TOW to be named "Guerilla".

I usually don't get Great Leaders until Cavalry, and not very many (Usually, I don't get more than 2 or 3, and I think the record is 8, in my current game as the Romans- tiny compared to the number others have created) at that. Of course, I never seem to have a huge force of attacking elite units (The RNG is not kind with the Vet-Elite or the Elite-Elite* Promotions) But you seem to have been even less lucky.

But you seem to have been even less lucky.

well... i haven't really done much attacking... the only other war i have fought before i had a MASSIVE invasion of cavalry in Inca territory (the south part of my main island) and i used bombers to basically destroy all of the units in the cities to just walk in and take it...

For me, it depends if I get the Statue of Zeus.

Ancient Cavalry make great for attacking early in the game. :D

Especially when combined with Gallic Swordsmen. Ah, it is so fun to play as the Celts, build the Statue of Zeus, and pwn everybody with a massive force of Gallic Swordsmen and Ancient Cavalry.

I've never actually tried that... :hmm:

The two being so alike...it's genius! :goodjob:

Anyways, here's one from my last game:

Thanks Netherlands! And right before I took over your capitol!

The Dutch are so considerate, they built a decent Great Wonder For you! :)
