It's New Carthage, actually- Carthage is in North Africa, right where it should be, a city the Romans start with.

But yes, the Vandal city list is stupid, containing cities that are all located in old Carthage, when they start the game in Eastern Europe.

I'd meant Carthage the faction, actually, as I'd recognized several city names as Carthaginian, and wondered how they'd managed to get far enough north to start settling. I also thought it was Rise of Rome, for some reason ... the name "Vandals" should've clued me in, but I guess not. Thank you (and Bowsling) for you replies.

I dared to attack a Numerc with Panzer,result- one panzer dead one wins as yellowlined look at the other redlined panzer, guess what's the cause...
p.s.
The redlining of the conquering panzer occured because of the longbowman inside- attacked with 2 hp won but left with 1 hp

I once had an elite cavalry unit generate a leader on defence then retreat from the next attacker, leaving the leader to be killed.
