Lol, took me a while to realize what you were talking about.

Did they also have the same color in game (maybe the computer messed the alternate and default color?) ?

I think the French once existed, as did the Zulu, since the Mongols are their alternate color. However, the game forgot to make the Inca another color.

Well, if they existed, they should be on the score graph, as you can see a destroyed civ's score. But it could be possible, as this is obviously a bug.

I've seen it before. All that happens is two civs get the same colour. And if they aren't in the histograph, then they were never in the game.

Or maybe the player has simply not discovered them yet. They don't appear on the graph until you've discovered them, I believe.

Correct, start a new game with all civs, and go to that graph. Only you will be there.
