Has anyone noticed the glitch in the middle ages scenario in conquests? I was attacking an english city on the western side of england with my danish berserks(amphibious assault) and when I captured the city and the relic in it, the relic was in the longboat my berserk had been in. Oddly enough, the relic was still english and was keeping them alive. I moved my berserk onto my longboat and my berserk started attacking it because of the relic. After sinking the longboat and destroying the relic, my berserk was stuck in between the coast tile my longboat was in and the land tile my berserk was in. I'll try to post a sceenshot if it happens again.

Its not an isolated problem, ive had problems with treasure/relic type units before such as a city flipping and the treasure units from an opponent civ staying on the city and my units not being able to enter.:(

Before anyone else says this, save and reload. I don't know about this problem, but I would guess that someone would suggest this.

Here's one: I had to get my slaves past an earlier-bombarded hills tile with alluminum. I decided to sacrifice one and build a colony on the alluminum so the other 4 could move on the railroad network and get to where they needed to be a turn quicker. Now, the tile has a colony, alluminum and a crater, and I think it looks kinda funny, and weird.

It reminds me of a few days ago, when I accidentally ordered some workers build a mine, and some others plant forest on the same tundra tile at the same time. I got a tile with both forest and a mine, which looked kind of strange.

It's growing because there are a bunch of resistors in it.

Ah, yes...now I remember: resistors do not eat food!! (that's pretty odd...)

Obviously they are like Gandhi and are taking the path of "peaceful" resistance. By starving themselves, apparently.

I've gotten similar gpt using the same method you taught in one of your posts. But I had to use the editor to give me 31 ai civs to get the number so high. Did you do the same? If not, how many civs did you use?

I cannot remember the full particlars from that game. However it was the predessesor of the game here:

At one point I had been making about 588K gpt. Descriptions how that is done are included.

Here is a terrible start location I ran across while playing Heretic Cata's mod. :crazyeye:

LOL, a starting location in which the city can't beat size 2, unless their agricultural.

The Mongols had better have a lot of Keshiks to use to take those two Indian cities...

One would think they'd be smart enough to use taxmen, but no...

That's odd... the view of the city shows that it's creating 3 shields in the city square. But the city only has two production and no waste...? What's going on here?

Now that you mention it ... You are right.

Maybe it is a bug that superimposes in my traits (China: Ind.&Mil.) onto the Germans (Sci.&Mil.) when the display is drawn? After all, an Ind. Civ should get a shield more from the city center than a non-Ind. one.

Or were you in a GA? The Industrious trait I think has a bunch to do with that...because you can right click any tile in another land if you are in a GA, and the box will show what you could get from the tile...not what the civ who owns the tile could get from it.

Bump! Here's some interesting screenies from my recent game on the Mesoamerica Conquest:

First, the invincible barbarians. Their camps spawn on the rainforest tile one away from a mountain tile. As you probably know, rainforest tiles are impassible in this scenario, so the camp can't be attacked, but it can send out barbs onto the mountains nearby, and attack me, or anyone else. I saw this at least 3 times in the scenario. It's weird.

(Weirder is this: I can't find the screenie!)

Second, considerably later in the game. I earlier in the turn asked the Toltecs to remove or declare, and they removed. Strangely, I can still ask them that even though they don't have any troops in my territory (nothing happens when I click it, really)!

EDIT: And here it is:

Finally, we have a funny one. I was at war with the Olmecs towards the end of the game, and on the turn just before I won by 1-city culture victory, they got a Jag Warrior victory against me. So, they got a 1-turn GA! Nothing beats that, right?
