Into The Future

Hello everyone.

This thread is about a game that I'm playing on Civ5 vanilla, with the following settings:

Map Type:Fractal
Map Size:Huge
Civilization:USA
Difficultyrince

Some people in another thread were talking about how to make a good future scenario like the one that guy had in Civ2 that has got so much attention.I told about some of this game in that thread, and some people liked it, and wanted to hear more.

So, this is it.This game is also going into the future era, although I'm not saying that it will ever get as good as the one of Civ2, which it probably won't.I'm not sure how this will go or how long it will go, but I guess we'll see how it turns out.

This will also be my first time using a photo-hosting website for a story.And, as such, I would like to test that here in this OP.I'm not sure if this will work, though.

Like I said in the other thread in one of my posts there, the Chinese captured the city(Seattle)that was on their continent.

This is what the Chinese did to my poor city.

Yes, they used two atomic bombs before capturing it.But, as you can see, my little invasion fleet is coming to it's rescue along with some of it's own atomic bombs

I attempted a peace offer for her to give me back my city and make peace with all my CS buddies, but she refused.

My small army makes it's landing.

With assistance from the battleship, they begin attacking Seattle.But my nuclear submarine that was up there earlier got the daylights bombed out of it by the Chinese airforce, and I'm afraid the same thing will happen to my small army.I think their base may be in one of those two cities the Chinese have right to the south.I wasn't sure if I was going to to this, but...

Yes, I used two atomic bombs on those cities in an attempt to destroy their airforce there, but I don't think it succeeded.I also used one a little too close to what's left of Persia, and accidentally got into a war with them.

And Persia took back it's pledge to protect Helsinki, I guess because it declared war on them, because it's my ally.

And the Aztecs, one of the, you might say, superpower civs on that continent, decided to attack China.And they also started using nuclear weapons.

And they also took this city.

And I think that's it so far.

His goal is to replay this same game for 10 years. Conquering his entire continent will just defeat that purpose.

Not really. It would just put him in a better position, although at this point I think the race for getting the lion's share of China's territories is more important.

I'm really a peaceful leader, and don't just go to war for no reason.I don't know if this game will go for ten years or not, but we'll just see, I guess.

I'm just making my own history into the future and we'll see what happens.

It might really be bad news if the Ottomans and Siam decided to do a joint attack against me.Suleiman is running an Autocratic civ and Siam has order.

Ok, back to the war.

My little invasion force finally recaptures Seattle.

Thanks to the Chinese, I have to start all over again

And the worker that I captured when the city was retaken begins the process of cleaning fallout.

The destroyer that felt the wrath of the Chinese airforce earlier and went back to heal is ready to come help.

Sending some reinforcements to help in the push against the Chinese and a worker to help rebuild.

My city state ally in combat with the Chinese navy.

And a quick look at the city state protection force in case of anyone's aggression on that continent.

Montezuma is getting pretty vicious against the Chinese.

And then, this...

Why do I get the feeling there's going to be a world war against Montezuma?

Well I refused all of them, but maybe next time we'll see a big offensive into China!

In fact, other than Suleiman, who are the Autocracies in this game? I'm surprise Oda went for Order.

Well, I just hope you finish with China soon enough to bite off some of Monty. Although I find it likely that Monty will nuke the world before he goes down.... More easy conquest for you!

Lol wut. Note that only Oda borders Monty and will thus likely be the only one doing major damage, but still... Monty is going down. I take my back my previous statement.
A pity I can't play games like these myself because of my computer would implode and consume the entire universe while doing so.

Like I said before, I'm a peaceful leader and probably won't completely wipe out China.I'd just like to get the message across to them that they can't keep showing aggression like this.

Would anyone like to have the save file?I was going to upload it, but it passes the size limit.I might could upload an earlier one, though.

Alex is a Order type, same thing with Hiawatha. Catherine could go either that or Freedom.
