Intro movie causes CtD

Well, I remember myself playing fine on this computer... It was about 4-5 months ago. Then I removed all games here and moved to laptop. Now I'm back to PC and installed everything right. But the intro movie sends me to the desktop. I can quickly press ESC and skip it to play OK, but I quite enjoy it and I like to watch it sometimes . Does anybody know how to fix it?

I didn't know what it is, but after I read your post i found out that I can prevent this by skiping the movies (but even that is sometimes hard, when a wonder movie pops out and you aren,t even expecting it).
So please someone help, i really like this game!

I heard you can toggle movies on/off in the options

I can probably help you with this, because I encountered the very same problem in the past and found a way to solve it. There is no need to switch off the movies.
