Civics: Revolt to Beauro when in, crank samurai and trebs, take out Qin as much as possible in that time (though I might only get as far as engineering).
OK, I've played 9 turns so far. We just got a GS, we can either bulb philosophy (won't be first to it), use it for an academy, or settle him in the cap.
I also got an event where we could get a settled GG, GM or GP in the capital - since we are going to go to war I went for the Great General.
Building cats now. Alex has gone WHEOOHRN but he is probably going against Qin. 3 turns till machinery is finished for maces.
How many have Philo, if only one it may be worth bulbing. However are we in a position to join in the Lib race? Going all out military tech could be a better idea.
Pacal is leading the Lib race I think. He has longbows & maces anyway.
Qin nearly at Cho-Ko-Nu, 12 turns for him to tech machinery I think - so our maces won't look very clever when we build them Could do with some jumbos.
