Alright, so, I started this at a bad time.
Seeing as updates take a while, and I have to do the whole update at once, I do not have time to currently run this.
Rather than letting it die, this shall resume when I have more time, most likely mid-February.
In the meantime, I will be running a much simpler, more free-form IOT, The Caribbean, which will be up in the coming days. You are all invited to join, and I apologize for making you wait - hope to see you back when this resumes.

Some rules clutter will be fixed up this weekend. Expect removal of some units (good bye, nuclear weapons), drastic unit cost reduction, and some loss of damage from units.
Also, some units may get ability buffs.
