His Imperial Majesty and Son of Heaven, Daoguang Emperor, in His great and profound wisdom, has decided that Opium is an illness and a product made by foreign Barbarians that displeases both Heaven and the Spirits of the Ancestors. So, in His eternal wisdom, He has decided to ban the trade of Opium in the Empire of the Great Qing and that all those who use Opium will be considered as traitors who act against the Will of the Son of Heaven, and so they will be send to Prison Camps in Manchuria until they abandon their heretical and immoral addiction to the Barbarian product.
