Is Firaxis Likely to Release CivIV Bundled with X-Packs At Some Point?

They released CivIII bundled together with it's expansion packs. Is there any information available as to whether they plan to do the same with CivIV, and if so, about when this might happen?

Right now, I guess I have to spend about a hundred bucks to get CivIV and both its expansion packs! A fair price, perhaps, but one I can't afford.
