Is it posible to have new leaders?

It means can we for example replace the face of J´ean de Arc with Napoleon or put Lenin, or something like that?, if the answer is yes, wich utility we need to do that? thanks for any tips.

Your question is the same as changing unit graphics in the game. Right now it's not possible because the FLC file Firaxis used for animations are not in standard FLC format. Firaxis plans to release a Civ3 patch later this month addressing things like corruptions, and hopefully the patch will include a better Editor...

Long story short: I succeeded in replacing the Joan of Arc animations with a still animation of Napoleon. The game seems stable. I wonder if the .flc files for leaders are standard even though the units are not.
